The Youth Guarantee is a European initiative which aims to ensure that young people between 16 and 29 years of age can be offered a job, further education, or a traineeship after leaving formal education or becoming unemployed, with the possibility of being selected for employment intermediation or employability enhancement under the Youth Guarantee Operational Program, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18/2014.
